Blower Vacuum Pump
All Camtron machines comes standard with 10hp blower type vacuum pumps. Additional pump can be optionally installed. Those are good when cutting large parts on a CNC machine. Regen Blowers tend to be better if the vacuum system needs a lot of air capacity, for example, when using porous materials.
Becker Vacuum Pump
This is a Rotary Vane pump that creates a large amount of vacuum pressure (23 In Hg). Same as with the claw pump, a lower horsepower (8 to 10 HP) vane pump will generally outperform high horsepower regen blower systems for part holddown.
Busch Vacuum Pump
This is a Rotary Claw pump that creates a very deep vacuum pressure (27 In Hg). It is very good in managing the air bleed from the traditional MDF spoil board. Lower horsepower (8 to 10 HP) claw pumps will generally outperform high horsepower regen blower systems for part hold down
Aluminum T-slot Table
T-slot CNC router table is made of an aluminum profile with T-slots to hold down the parts. This kind of tables is used to clamp down irregular shape parts
Vacuum Pod System
A vacuum pod system allows you lift your work piece off the main table to allow access to the edge of the piece for shaping or profiling.
Drilling Bank
A Drill Bank is used to speed up the hole drilling process using a CNC Router. Drill heads are available in a 5 position or a 9 position. Ideal option for cabinet makers, custom millworkers.
Aggregate Tool
Aggregate Tools are used to perform applications such as horizontal, or angled cutting and drilling. An aggregate tool attaches to the spindle in similar fashion as the tool holder does. A C-axis is available if you need to rotate the aggregate tool so that you can cut or drill on all sides
Oil Mister
Oil mist pump is driven by compressed air, sprays oil fog particles in the size between 0.5-15μm. The Mister System provides a cost-effective solution for cutting nonferrous metalssuitable such as aluminum.
Cold Air Gun
The gun connected to compressed air and activated by a switch on the machine control. This cost-effective option reduces heat generated during the machining process of plastics.
Oscillating Knife
An Oscillating tangential knife is designed to provide high accuracy cutting of soft and semi rigid materials including but not limited to Graphic Foam boards, Closed Cell Foam, Plastic-covered Foam, Corrugated Cardboard, Plastic, Gasket Materials, Rubber, Cork, Carpet, Felt, Vinyl and more
Ccd Camera
The camera registration system can quickly finds and recognizes conventional registrations marks to adjust the cutting path, providing exact alignment and 100% accuracy. It enables accurate cut-outs of digitally printed images.
Hsd 16hp Spindle
The R2 series can be equipped with powerful 16hp Italian made air cooled spindle. This option is for shops looking for higher machine output I hard to cut material.
Auto-loading/unloading System
In a production shop loading and unloading the sheets can take lots of time and labor. Our system can easily load/unload the sheets to accelerate the cycle time and reduce labor
